Shipping policy
After placing an order and completing the payment,
this order will be shipped within 2 to 4 working days
(excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipments for Belgium are made via Bpost.
When the order is shipped you will receive a
shipping confirmation by mail. If you cannot find an email
in your mailbox, make sure it has not ended up in your spam.
If you place an order outside the shipping locations below,
please contact us at studioro.webshop@gmail.com so we can
calculate the shipping costs.
After the order is placed, please note that
during high-volume periods, processing time may take longer
than usual.
If you prefer local pick up (Langbosweg 3 - 2550 Kontich), select 'pick up'. You can pick up the goods Monday evening between 18h and 21h after receiving a confirmation that your order is ready.
Shipping to Belgium by Bpost
- delivery costs : 6,95 euro - 2/4 working days (excluding weekends and holidays)
- shipping costs are for the customer, free shipping for orders over 50 euros

Tracking orders
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the tracking number on the carrier's website.
Damaged or lost items
We can not be held accountable for any products that are damaged or are lost in transit.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
